A. When you work with us, you should expect 100% professional service, original ideas, and content in our work. Also, expect to keep the lines of communication open as we love to remain in touch with our clients throughout the entire process just to ensure we are providing you with exactly what you have asked for. Most communication is done through email unless it is in the form of a consultation or mock interviews.
How can I arrange for a consultation?
A. To make an appointment for a consultation please fill out our online contact form with your inquiries and we will get back to you within 24 hours. Please note that a consultation fee will apply and there is also a cancellation fee for any cancellation of appointments received in less than 24 hours.

Can you guarantee that I will get a job with the resume you write for me or using your service?
A. No. No resume or resume writing service can guarantee that you will secure a job offer. However, we can guarantee you that we will invest 100% of our energy, time, and efforts into creating a resume that will get you noticed – in a good way!
How long does it generally take for me to get my order?
A. This will vary. Single item orders take 3 business days post consultation. However, LinkedIn Pages and packages will take us 5 business days.
Do you ever take longer to complete an order than the specified time?
A. Usually no. If for some reason we do have a waitlist and would require an additional day or two to complete your order you will be notified of this before we begin your order. Additionally, if you are in a rush, please email us and inquire about our 24-48 hour delivery service.
Do you only write resumes for persons in Canada?
A. No. We have a global list of clients. We write resumes clients in the U.S., the U.K., and in the Caribbean.

What if I don’t have any work experience, can you still write me a resume?
A. No experience, no problem! We have numerous clients who came to us with no experience and we were successfully able to craft them amazing resumes!
How do you decide which service is best for me?
A. Send us an email with your experience, skills, and your expectations so we can get to know you a little better and we will go from there.
How often should I update my resume?
A. You should continuously update your resume. However, the general rule is that for every few months, although you are not actively seeking a job, you should still update your resume. Other great opportunities to update your resume include: changing careers, the completion of a course, or receiving any new certifications or awards.
How many pages should my resume be?
A. Your resume should ideally be two pages. However, if you have extensive experience in your field or industry your resume may be longer (3 pages max).
How long should my cover letter be and do I need one?
A. Your cover letter should be one page, and yes you need a cover letter each time you apply to a new job listing.
Do I get rewrites on my resume or cover letter?
A. Yes. We show you a draft of your resume and you are able to send it back to us with any chances you would like made. After we have completed your order, we will give you a final opportunity to make any last minute changes before we mark your order as complete.
What if I accidentally lose the resume you created for me?
A. That’s not a problem. We will keep your resume on file for three months. If you happen to lose or misplace your resume, just send us a request by email and we will resend you a copy immediately.
Why do I need a LinkedIn Profile?
A. Employers today rely on social networking mediums to do the majority of their candidate selection process. By creating a LinkedIn profile you give the employer an opportunity to get a feel for who you are and what you are all about before having to physically read your resume and job application letters.
How will you help me create an “Expert Level” LinkedIn Profile?
A. We will fill out as much information about you in the given boxes as possible, including providing you with an amazing profile summary. We will help you up load a professional profile picture and a background to your page. We will also teach you along the way how to use and update your profile on your own when this becomes necessary. We teach you how to network and suggest groups for you to network with. By the time we are done, you will be well represented throughout your entire profile.
How many copies or formats of my resume do I get?
A. You get one copy of your resume written in a Word document (.doc(x)) so that you can edit your resume later if it becomes necessary or so that it is easy for you to copy and paste information when filling out online application forms.
Can you evaluate my current resume before I place an order?
A. Absolutely! We will send you a quick email with a brief overview of ways we are confident we can improve your resume.
Do I have to pay first?
A. At Clearly Creative Resumes we do require payment be made in full before we begin any order. We spend considerable hours of our time working on your order to ensure it is exactly what you’ve asked for and more.
Can I get a full refund?
A. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, send us an email immediately and we will continue to work on your order until you are satisfied. However, we do not offer refunds of any kind no matter the circumstance after we have finished the consultation process and you have paid for your order. We spend hours going over your information and your resume to give you the best of our work and it is only fair we be compensated in a likely manner.
